The taste of evolving traditional
Using the beautiful clear water of the foot of Unzen Mountain and best selected wheat,we have made a strong texture Soumen noodle carefully matured by traditional manufacturing methods.
We are making various noodles not stuck with stereo-type such as “Five grains Noodles” which kneaded fine grains good for the body and “Raw Soumen noodle” which we could eat only at the manufacturer until now.
We want to know how somen is made and are doing trial lessons.
After lessons , we doing a tasting of a raw Soumen noodle which the customer actually extended, right away.
